| District Assembly 2008 - Training Material
Training is essential for any organisation, and it's no different in the Rotary movement. Rotarians are trained continuously either formally at District Assemblies in the PETS (President Elect Training Seminar) sessions. District Governors Elect are trained at RI level in Anaheim every February. At club lelel, new Rotarians are trained at Firesides. Rotaractors are also trained at their conferences, whilst Interactors have a special ILTC (Interact Leadership Training Camp) organised by their sponsor Rotary clubs.
Fortunately in this age of ICT (information and communication technology) we could avoid what went into the left ear from leaving out of the right ear, by providing copies of the presentations for reviews and references by the audience concerned.
